Love Island star Kady McDermott having cosmetic surgery work

From Botox to a nose job: All the cosmetic work Kady had before re-entering Love Island

She went to a swanky clinic in London where loads of Islanders go

Kady McDermott has changed a lot since she was first on the show in 2016, aged just 20. She’s back as a bombshell seven years on, and it’s been revealed Kady McDermott had a lot of cosmetic surgery to prepare her for her Love Island 2023 comeback.

According to MailOnline, Kady spent over £1,000 on a full makeover before heading back to Spain, and went to a swanky clinic on Harley Street in London to get the procedures done.

She had Botox, filler and a “five minute nose job” ahead of her bombshell return, as well as an invasive procedure called Profhilo, which injects hyaluronic acid into the skin’s deeper layer. Her non-surgical nose tip lift is said to help “improve her appearance from every camera angle.”

Dr Mohamed Hamed, who owns Dr Motox Clinic in Harley Street, told MailOnline: “Kady likes a natural look and has regular, minimal treatments to enhance and maintain her youthful looks and natural features. She had a small amount of Botox in her forehead to smooth fine lines and ensure her makeup sits perfectly on her skin.

“We also carried out a non-surgical nose tip lift to narrow the front profile of her nose and give a lifted appearance from a side angle. Kady was unhappy with her nose because it pointed slightly downwards but adding a small quantity of filler transformed her entire face.”

The procedures Kady had on her nose reportedly cost £500 a session, and the Botox is £300 per area treated. On Instagram, Dr Mohamed Hamed said he has been treating Kady “for years”. His Instagram account also shows Dr Mohamed has a number of Islander clients, such as Faye Winter, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Jessie Wynter.

Kady has in the past been really open about any work she’s had done. She’s also previously had a boob job, lip fillers and veneers on her teeth.

She spoke in 2019 about a previous boob job which was “wonky”, and said she had implants she had added in Turkey removed. She admitted she didn’t do any research the first time around, and went for a cheap and quick option abroad.

“In Turkey they put 365cc [sized implants] in (I was a 30E!),” she said. “I’m only a size six and 5ft3 so you can only imagine how stupidly big they looked one me! I now have 275cc so I’ll be a 30C/D.”

Speaking to The Sun, Kady added: “Plastic surgery is such a personal thing and if someone wants to do it they should, but it’s up to the person at the end of the day. I’m signing bikini deals and doing a lot of bikini modelling and I’ll feel more confident with them done.”
