Nicola and Karen tied the knot
Karen and Nicola’s story did not start as a smooth rom-com.
In the pods, Nicola was torn between Karen and Ludovica, taking his time to decide while Karen, who’d already really opened up, worried he didn’t feel as deeply as she did.

By the time weddings rolled around, they’d weathered doubts about distance, their different love languages, and Karen’s responsibilities as a mum.
In episode nine, Nicola met her 15-year-old son Nicholas, who gave a quiet but important stamp of approval before the ceremony.
The wedding itself was emotional but drama-free: both said a clear “yes” and left the altar as a married couple.

There hasn’t been any kind of public breakup statement from either of them, which is usually the first sign when a Love Is Blind couple splits.
On top of that, there are no reports suggesting separation, cheating, or even a rocky patch.
In fact, everywhere seems to be describing them as “still together,” and if their IGs are anything to go by, they’re still smitten!
The couple’s latest posts line up with that narrative. There’s nothing dramatic, nothing messy, and nothing implying they’ve gone their separate ways.
