Gio is currently the most successful agent at The Oppenehim Group, and has sold over $100 million worth of property and a total of 57 properties, so safe to say his net worth massively reflects that.
So, how much exactly is Gio worth and what’s he done throughout his career to amass such a fortune?

Well, according to reports, he’s got a net worth of around $5-6 million, and given that its estimated he’d receive around five per cent of the total sale price of the properties, he could have earned around $5 million in sale alone.
Gio started his career in 2012 when he joined Curtis Birch as a New Business Manager and Associate Producer. In 2013 he started as a Real Estate Developer at Abell-Helou Homes, a job he still has and that pays around $60k to $75k per year.
In August 2018, Gino earned his real estate license for California, and he started working as an agent at Coldwell Banker Global Luxury.

Then in 2021, Gio finally joined The Oppenheim Group and has now gone on to become their most successful agent of all time, and was one of the first members to join the new Orange County office.
Although one commission Gio certainly won’t be getting is the $15 million Cypress listing, as Jason chose to give Alex Hall the property over him.
Talking to Tudum, Jason explained: “Gio’s career is already taking off. He is already super, super successful. I think Alex is just right on the precipice.
“So as much as it might not have been fair to everyone, I gave it to Alex because, one, she produces, and two, she works really hard and balances work-life very well.
“And I also just think that she could use the listing to help bolster her career.”
As for how Gio feels about it all now, he admitted: “I think I deserved it as much as Hall, if not more. And it’s not so much the one listing. I felt like, for me, it was what that Cypress listing represented, as far as respect in Jason’s eyes.”
