If you thought The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City couldn’t get any wilder, think again. Meredith and Seth, who’ve been married since 1996, have found themselves at the centre of some eyebrow-raising chatter on the show.
The rumours? That Seth may have stepped outside their marriage. Obviously, Meredith didn’t let it slide without a reaction.

It all kicked off during the RHOSLC season six yacht charter crossover with Below Deck Down Under when castmate Britani Bateman dropped a bombshell in front of the group. She announced she’d seen something on TikTok suggesting that Seth had “a mistress.”
In fact, the early trailer for season five had already teased Seth being accused of having “a side chick in Ohio,” per E! Online.
The internet, of course, did what it does best. Cue the screenshots, TikTok gossip, and Reddit speculation…
One Reddit thread discussed how the couple’s previous marital troubles might have opened the door for more talk this season, with one user saying they were “getting distant vibes from Seth lately.”
So the rumours had both on-screen fuel and off-screen momentum. Once Britani brought it up in the middle of a group dinner (tequila shots and all), it became front and centre of the drama.

Meredith didn’t hold back when confronting Britani’s accusations.
She shut it down immediately, saying her husband does not have a mistress and that they are in a monogamous marriage.
She even threw in a little classic Meredith shade, telling Britani that if her own boyfriend breaks up with her every time he wants to sleep with other people. She added how that’s Britani’s issue, not hers.
Meredith also dismissed the source of the gossip entirely, saying she hadn’t seen the TikTok video and didn’t care to.
In a confessional, she vented about Britani’s behaviour, questioning why she was even talking about her marriage at all. “Leave me alone, leave my husband alone,” she said on the Bravo show, making it very clear that she wasn’t going to let this rumour run wild.
