Here’s who’s friends and who’s feuding after that messy Selling Sunset season
It's a wonder anyone's on talking terms at this point
If you thought Selling Sunset season nine was just about luxe homes and jaw-dropping listings, think again.
The real estate may have been glamorous, but the relationships? They were even more dramatic.
On and off camera, some friendships took a hit, new tensions bubbled up, and alliances shifted like the market. Let’s check in with the cast and see who’s still sipping rosé together, and who’s dodging each other’s texts.
Chelsea Lazkani

For newcomer-turned-main player Chelsea Lazkani, it’s been a season and a half.
She arrived at The Oppenheim Group ready for business, but she also encountered friction.
By the end of season nine it became clear, Chelsea and castmate Mary Bonnet were not in the same friend circle. Their argument blew up into a full-blown showdown, and though they still work under the same brokerage, ‘friends’ doesn’t quite describe it anymore.
Chelsea has openly stated her close friends at The O Group these days are Emma Hernan and Chrishell Stause. Things seem particularly solid with Chrishell, as amidst the drama with Mary online, Chrishell has publicly defended Chelsea.

Then there’s Emma Hernan, whose friendship with Chrishell Stause has gone from ‘besties’ to, well, ‘kind of done’.
The pair had long been close, but once Emma’s on-again, off-again relationship with Blake Davis became part of the narrative, Chrishell voiced serious concerns.
Emma says the friendship is “worse than ever” and insists she’s shown support at every turn, per StyleCaster. Chrishell clearly didn’t feel the same way.

Speaking of Chrishell, she’s taking a major step back. After nine seasons, Chrishell has announced she’s exiting the show, citing mental health reasons and the growing strain from cast dynamics.
Her fallout with Emma was just the tip of the iceberg, the larger tension around values, behaviour and what gets tolerated in the office finally got to her.
For her, the drama was no longer worth the flash of a red carpet listing. By the looks of where things stand, Chrishell and Chelsea are friends, but Chrishell and Emma are not. Chrishell also seems to have issue with Mary’s behaviour this season.
Nicole Young

Nicole Young’s chapter this season is one of the most talked-about.
After joining earlier seasons, her long-standing feud with Chrishell, and the cast-wide fallout that followed, culminated in a startling change.
*That* explosive incident at a cast dinner ended up with her ousted from the LA office. She confirmed at the reunion that (she’s not sorry) and she’s now continuing her realtor career in Texas.
It’s clear to see Nicole’s office friendships are at a low ebb, and it seemed like only Mary was really on side with her by the end of the reunion, and maybe Amanza, Jason and Brett…
Bre Tiesi

Bre Tiesi joined Selling Sunset season six and has managed to maintain at least one consistent ally in the cast.
Her friendship with Mary Bonnet remains one of the more stable pockets of support in a season full of shifting alliances.
When it comes to Chrishell leaving the show, Bre made her stance clear to Us Weekly. She said she “didn’t care” that Chrishell was making an exit, and judging by the season nine reunion, she doesn’t appear to care much for Chelsea, either.
Chrishell also made it clear that she doesn’t really have time for Bre, either, per The Tab.
Although she’s still part of the cast, it remains to be seen whether business and friendship can coexist without turning into full-on warfare.
Mary Bonnet

Mary Bonnet came into season nine with veteran status, but even she couldn’t escape the drama.
Her long-standing friendship with Chelsea pretty much fell apart this season.
But, when it comes to where Mary stands today, she told Decider that she’s “open to being friends with anyone.”
Amanza Smith

Amanza Smith’s trajectory this season is a bit different. While she may not be front-and-centre in every blow-up, she’s quietly repositioning her role.
The veteran agent and interior designer revealed she’s on amicable terms with Nicole, although not exactly besties, per Cosmopolitan.
She’s not the one initiating screams at dinner parties this season, but she’s also distancing herself from the chaos.
Amanza and Chrishell also had unexpected beef, she explained. She said: “I mean I’m actual friends with… I want to say everyone, but just right now there’s a little bit of shakiness between a couple of us. Nicole being one, that’s just an unresolved thing… I went into the reunion cool with everyone but Nicole and then left the reunion also now maybe in a little bit of a scramble with Chrishell… That wasn’t supposed to go that way.”
