Sparkle Megan responds to backlash over getting pregnant seven months after Love Is Blind
She slammed the criticism she's been receiving
Sparkle Megan has defended getting pregnant just seven months after Love Is Blind finished, and three months into first meeting Paul.
Filming for Love Is Blind finished in April 2024, with Megan revealing on AD’s What’s The Reality podcast that she and Paul met in July of that year, saying they “immediately hit it off.”
However, given how quickly she and Paul became pregnant after Love Is Blind, some viewers have criticised Sparkle Megan for how soon she moved on entirely.

However, she’s clapped back at any backlash during an interview with Us Weekly, saying: “People are going to say what they’re going to say. I think the beauty of this experience is that it teaches you what you want and what you don’t want.
“Regardless of the outcome, you learn a ton about yourself and what you need in a relationship and a marriage and a partnership and that was certainly the case for me.”
She continued: “Four months after Jordan and I ended things, I met Paul, and we just immediately clicked. I knew he was everything that I wanted in a partner.
“I think it’s funny that people are criticising me for, like, moving so quickly, having a baby, whatever, but they’re not commenting at all on this.
“The Love Is Blind experience is you’re getting married in seven weeks, right? But yet, it’s crazy for me to meet somebody in three months.”

As for how she knew so quickly that Paul was the one for her following Love Is Blind, Sparkle Megan revealed: “When you know you, you just know — that’s how it was immediately with Paul.
“I think with Jordan there were still some things that I had doubts about. Paul and I — we know how to communicate. We’re emotionally available with one another. We can have fun. We can also sit on the couch and do nothing and not talk.”
