Bella Hadid finally addresses concerns those Victoria Secret Wings were too heavy for her
She was quite wobbly on the catwalk
In a now-deleted post, Bella Hadid has finally addressed those worries we all had about whether those Victoria’s Secret wings were too heavy for her in the 2025 show. She done the catwalk in what appeared to be super gigantic white wings which almost reached her feet.
Loads of people were asking whether they were too heavy for her body, and she has now confirmed that they were. She wrote, “Ok we’re not going to pretend these wings weren’t 50 pounds but HOW BEAUTIFUL,” but then decided to delete the post just moments later.
“Heavy or not… your girl will always keep walkin the walk!” she added in a separate post, which is still public. Those angel wings are not light at all, and people noticed she was a little more wobbly than usual, even though they’re always brought out at each VS show.

Hadid had only recently come out of hospital in Germany in September, where she spent time receiving treatment for chronic neurological Lyme disease at the St George Hospital near Munich. Bella’s recent Instagram posts show her in a hospital setting, taking some downtime.
People immediately noticed her lying in a hospital bed, oxygen mask on, and IVs in place, which naturally sparked concern. In 2012, Bella was diagnosed with Lyme disease, a tick-borne illness that affects the nervous system and can cause a range of symptoms.
She often experiences fatigue, joint pain, and cognitive issues, and was 16 at the time of her diagnosis, like her mum, Yolanda, and brother Anwar. In 2023, she shared that she had undergone over 100 days of treatment, which she described as a “painful process”.
