Reality star allegedly murdered by boyfriend as neighbours recall hearing her cries for help

29 year old Italian model and reality star, Pamela Genini, was allegedly murdered by her boyfriend after she reportedly tried to end their relationship.
Pamela was allegedly stabbed at least twenty times whilst on her balcony on Tuesday night, by her 52 year old partner Gianluca Soncin.
An Italian publication claimed: “When officers arrived, 29-year-old Pamela Genini, born in the province of Bergamo, was in critical condition, while Gianluca Soncin, 52, originally from Biella, continued to stab her until she died.”
A local newspaper reported that the pair had been arguing on the balcony of her flat in Milan when he attacked her, with neighbours claiming to have heard her cries for help.
One witness told local news outlet Virgilio: ‘We heard her scream very loud. She was shouting ‘help, help!”.
Emergency services were quickly called onto the scene, however Pamela Genini was sadly pronounced dead despite CPR attempts.
Gianluca, her alleged attacker, was found with two slashes on his throat after he allegedly turned the knife on himself just before police arrived on the scene.
He’s since been taken to Milan’s Niguarda Hospital, where he is believed to be in critical condition.
While the suspect has exercised his right to silence, he is reportedly being held in custody on charges of aggravated homicide.
Pamela Genini appeared on a reality TV dating show called The Island of Adam and Eve when she was just 19, and since then became a successful model, alongside co-founding a swimwear brand.
