There are some celebrities that I would have never thought of having dated each other, with Kim Kardashian and Rob McElhenny fitting into that criteria perfectly.
So, did the pair actually used to date? Well, his wife Kaitlin Olson has revealed all during an appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel Show.
Rob McElhenny, who now goes by Rob Mac, met Kaitlin on the set of It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia and got engaged in 2007 before tying the knot the following year.
And it seems that Rob McElhenny has been claiming to his two sons that he actually had a romantic relationship with Kim Kardashian, but is that actually true?
His wife revealed that he managed to convince his children that he and Kim had been together, and that one of their friends even made a fake photograph of the pair together.
Kaitlin revealed: I’ve worked every day for a couple years now. Rob is really picking up the slack at home. He’s really enjoying and embracing parenting duty.
“He’s getting very creative with things over there. I came home the other day and we were having dinner. The boys looked at me, and they were like, ‘mom, did dad date Kim Kardashian before you?’ And I was like, ‘okay, here we go.'”
She continued: “He doubled down on this Kim Kardashian thing. And they were like, ‘so, dad wasn’t engaged to Kim Kardashian, was he?’ I had to play along so I was like, ‘yeah, they were dating. We both dated people before.'”
She explained that a few weeks later her husband then told everyone in the office the same story, and showed the audience a picture that his chief operating officer had made of him and Kim together.
Kaitlin added: “His chief operating officer, Fayer Joyce, thought it was the greatest thing ever, and spent all of her time at work for days creating this photo. She wore it in her purse for a week to age it.”
Honestly, the photo could have convinced me, and now I’m just wondering if this is all just a massive coverup…
