Nick and Vanessa Lachey have weighed in on some seriously messy Love Is Blind cast drama, and I’m actually obsessed with how chaotic this season has become.
So, a quick bit of context to catch everyone up to speed. Patrick and Kacie got engaged in the Love Is Blind pods, but soon after the reveal they awkwardly ended the engagement.
Things have quickly become very messy between them, with Patrick revealing in the latest instalment of episodes that Kacie actually ended up keeping the engagement ring.
And whilst Nick and Vanessa Lachey are usually ones to steer clear of drama between cast members, they were asked their thoughts about the situation during an interview with Parade, and didn’t hold back.
Nick admitted: “It’s tough not to feel bad for Patrick. He kind of got ghosted [by Anna] in the pods, so he was already a little bit of a wounded animal, if you will.”
He continued: “And then, once the reveal happened [with Kacie], that relationship came to an abrupt halt as well. So he definitely had a tough go of it.
“And I do feel really bad for him as far as the ring. If it’s an engagement ring, and you’re no longer engaged…?
Vanessa added that the pair will “ask at the reunion” and I can already tell the cast member chaos is going be off the charts.
