It’s been six months since the newest season of Love on the Spectrum aired, and there’s been a lot of messy relationship drama that’s happened since.
So, from post-split feuds to a relationship looking like it could be on the rocks, let’s have a look at the juiciest things that have happened between the Love on the Spectrum couples.
Dani and Adan started feuding with each other again after their messy split
Dani claimed the split felt like a ‘betrayal’ from Adan, and she was ‘blindsided’
In an interview with Tudum, Dani explained: “I didn’t break up with Adan. He broke up with me. Or at least, that’s how it felt.
“Because for a year and a half, he let me believe we were on the same page, that we were building something real together. And then, just like that, he pulled the rug out from under me.”
She admitted that she felt blindsided during their final date, as Adan wanted “to take a step backward — no kissing, no intimacy, nothing.”
She continued: “It wasn’t just a breakup, I felt it was a betrayal. He never gave me a chance to prepare for it, never hinted that his feelings had changed.
“Instead, he let me walk blindly into heartbreak, like a deer in the headlights, while he had already made up his mind.”
Dani then revealed that she and Adan are no longer friends as a result of their split on Love on the Spectrum, and the pair don’t even talk anymore.
Dani then claimed she and Adan only went on dates when they were filming for the show
Dani commented on her relationship under a TikTok video about herself and Adan, claiming: “He never invited me out on a real date. The only time he would see me was when the cameras were rolling.”
When someone replied saying: “No way, how many dates did you guys go on in a year?” Dani responded: “Only the ones you see on the show.”
She added: “Only five when the cameras were rolling. Or no go.”
Dani and Adan were in a long-distance relationship while filming for Love on the Spectrum, so that might partly contribute to how little they saw of each other.
In another comment, she claimed he was a “liar and a cheat”, but didn’t elaborate on exactly what she meant by her comments.
Adan clapped back at Dani and claimed she was trying to ‘destroy his life with lies’
Adan then responded to her claims about how he was throughout Love on the Spectrum, claiming Dani is trying to “destroy his life with lies.”
Someone commented: “In comment sections, Dani keeps commenting and saying you didn’t love her, and chose not to go on dates with you, saying you blamed sex to leave the relationship. I just felt like her saying.”
Adan responded: “It’s more than that. And while I understand, she’s heartbroken and still healing from this. I don’t approve of trying to destroy someone’s life with lies.”
Dani then clapped back at his comment, stating: “The only reason I’m heartbroken is because you got my friends of over 10 years to stop talking to me!”
Georgie and Connor might have split up after a whole year together
Connor didn’t confirm he was still with Georgie in a recent interview
Connor was recently interviewed by TMZ after coming back from the Emmys, and towards the end of the conversation was asked whether he “had any new loves in his life?”
Connor laughed, and told the interviewer that he just needed to “stay tuned.” That’s not exactly the most reassuring sentence when it comes to his current relationship….
The two haven’t posted together for three months
Connor and Georgie used to post very wholesome pictures together on an almost daily basis following Love on the Spectrum, however it’s been months since they last posted together.
In fact, the last picture they posted was a joint one for Netflix where the pair were nominated for OMG Moment of The Year and Fav Reality Couple.
Prior to this more official post, which Netflix might have requested for them to post about, Connor’s last post about Georgie was 13 weeks ago and hers was 17 weeks for their anniversary.
Shelley and James had some relationship struggles following the season being released
Shelley revealed that the ‘intimate’ song she thought James wrote about her was actually written for another woman
For some context, a clip of James singing a song called Heavy Metal Queen, was featured at the end of Love on the Spectrum, with the assumption being that the song was written for Shelley.
However, Shelley has since revealed that she discovered the song was in fact not written with her in mind, explaining the “timelines did not add up” and added that “being called Heavy Metal Queen just reopens that wound.”
She explained the situation in a statement on her Instagram: “Please stop calling me Heavy Metal Queen. James first read that poem on a date in June, right in front of me, and for a long time, I truly believed it was about me.
“I thought that because it was shared so intimately, it must have been written with me in mind.
“But eventually, the timelines did not add up, and it hurt to realize it was never really about me. It was interchangeable, and that is why I want to forget about it.
“Every day, logging into social media and being called Heavy Metal Queen just reopens that wound.”
James then responded and confirmed that the song hadn’t been written about her
James explained: “I would like to remind everyone that I did not actually write ‘Heavy Metal Queen’ about @shelley.wolfee, but I definitely love her, very much, as she is the most important person in the world, to me.
“I love her more than anyone or anything else, and she is very special to me, so I definitely express my feelings and affection for her in other ways!”

Shelley exposed the truth when someone asked her on TikTok about the timeline of when she and James started dating during Love on the Spectrum season three.
They asked: “Shelley, can you clarify when you and James started dating? If it was before the show, why was he still going on dates? Just wondering, and you’re great together!”
Shelley then shockingly claimed that she and James started dating before the new season of Love on the Spectrum started filming, and he “never told her” he was seeing other people on the show.
She responded: “We started dating before the show, and he never told me was seeing other people. He was inviting me to everything. I still have not watched season three because it breaks my heart just thinking about it.”
