Cardi B is literally beefing with everyone, is she now calling out a Real Housewife?!

Is there anyone who hasn't been called out at this point?

Cardi B is no stranger to drama, but lately, it seems like she’s got a beef with just about everyone in the industry. From fellow rappers to reality TV stars, the Bronx rapper is making headlines for all the right and wrong reasons.

Amidst it all, Cardi’s got a baby on the way, and people seemingly cannot stop talking about all the ins and outs of her family, relationships, and life choices.

Rapper-to-rapper beef is pretty common online, but why is Alexia Nepola being thrown into the mix of all this?! Let’s get into it.

Cardi B is beefing with Latto and Nicki Minaj

Cardi B‘s latest album, Am I the Drama?, dropped on September 19, 2025, and it’s already causing a stir.

The album features tracks that seem to take aim at several of her peers, including Latto and Nicki Minaj. In the song ErrTime, Cardi B references Latto with the line “Bad yellow b***h, look like Latto in this mother****er,” and the remix includes a verse from Latto herself.

But the drama doesn’t stop there. Nicki Minaj reignited her long-standing feud with Cardi B on social media, mocking the promotional price of Cardi’s album and sharing a meme comparing Cardi to Barney the Dinosaur, per Page Six.

Cardi fired back, referencing Nicki’s past and accusing her of seeking attention. The exchange quickly escalated, with both artists trading barbs.

Somehow, Alexia from Real Housewives has been involved

In the reality TV realm, there’s almost always some kind of drama going on. That’s what storylines thrive on, after all. If there’s one franchise that amps up its scenes for views, it’s the Real Housewives.

But, in this case, there’s literally no reason for Real Housewives of Miami’s Alexia Nepola to be roped into Cardi’s tweet threads.

In one of Cardi’s (many) recent tweets she writes the words: “Cocaine Barbie.”

And following on from that people have thrown Alexia’s name out there. One person attached an old article that suggested the RHOM star was previously married to a “cocaine cowboy.”

The Daily Mail article, from 2021, has a headline that reads: “RHOM alum Alexia Echevarria who was married to infamous ‘cocaine cowboy’ insists she had no idea he was a drug dealer when they started dating – as she recalls how he paid for her $42,000 engagement ring in CASH.”

While Cardi B and Nicki Minaj have been calling each other out for all sorts, it literally looks like their beef has nothing to do with Alexia or any of the Real Housewives of Miami – unless she replies, of course.
