Lucinda Strafford rose through the reality TV ranks on both Love Island UK and the Australian version of the show. She’s been one of the stand-out contestants of this season of Love Island Games.
Lucinda’s made strong connections, been involved in drama, and definitely spoken her mind. She even had Mert writing her love letters post-show.
Outside the villa, people have paid close attention to how she’s navigating her relationships.
As with many Love Island contestants, the line between friendship, flirtation, and strategy can blur. And with Lucinda, there’s been a sense from some people that she often defends the boys or stays tight with them – a little too tight for some people’s liking.

Judging by X, people are literally coming for Lucinda. One minute they were here for her finding romance, and the next they’re accusing her of “taking any chance to sh**-talk all the girls and defend the boys no matter the cost.”
The negativity for Lucinda has gone so far among people watching Games that they actually want her voted off the show, ASAP. One person tweeted: “Lucinda is such a male centered t***! Never liked her on her season and I need her gone expeditiously!”
