Bill argues that he is Frank’s only surviving relative and that the other people involved “are trying to get money.” He said: “…They are nothing but people who worked for him.”
On the other side, Frank’s close friends, who had been managing his affairs during his incapacitation, argue that the will reflects Frank’s true wishes. They contend that Frank was capable of making decisions after therapy and that the will was properly executed.
