Love Is Blind UK’s Sarover reveals the shady comment Billy made about Ashleigh to her
He said it when he saw Kal and Sarover at Christmas
Sarover from Love Is Blind UK has finally revealed what Billy said to her about Ashleigh when he visited her and Kal over Christmas. She tried to make things work with Kal, but now that it hasn’t, she isn’t staying tight-lipped on what he told her in confidence.
Now that Sarover and Ashleigh are friends and now divorced from their ex-husbands Billy and Kal, they’re spilling all the tea. With Billy lasting just three months married to Ashleigh, Kal ended things just as quickly, and it turns out Billy apparently made a shady comment.
Apparently, Billy complained about Ashleigh’s job to Sarover, and she said on the official Love Is Blind UK podcast: “He’d been on a business class flight to Miami, you know, he wasn’t complaining about my job [as a cabin crew manager] then.”
Sarover said, “He actually came to mine at Christmas after their car journey and said to me, ‘Do you know what, being a husband is too much. Like, this is, this is all a lot.’ And I was sat there, ‘What’s a lot?’ It had been two months! Where were the arguments about bins?”
Ashleigh said in response: “Sorry, where’s the fight? Like, this is a marriage, there are going to be obstacles. It’s about compromise. We [Ashleigh and Sarover] knew that, we were going in it forever. I don’t know what they went in for it for, just a good time?”
Billy has since said he “takes full accountability” while Ashleigh claims she “didn’t know if they were still married” after they’d planned to see each other, but went two weeks without talking. He said he “started voicing concerns over Christmas, that’s when the penny dropped.”
