Katisha finally breaks her silence about not picking Demola during Love Is Blind UK

If there’s one thing we can all agree on, it’s that Katisha picking Javen over Demola certainly created a lot of backlash on Love Is Blind UK, with people feeling she’d made the wrong choice.
Whether you agree with the final choice that Katisha made or not, she spoke out about the criticism she’s faced about not picking Demola on the Love Is Blind UK podcast.
When she was asked about her decision, she responded: “Can I please have a break?! I feel like it’s very insensitive to actually all three of us. It’s insensitive to Demola to constantly be reminded that he ‘wasn’t picked.’
“It’s insensitive to Javen because he was picked and he’s trying to build a relationship with me and same here.
“It’s my decision, I’m the one who has to deal with the consequences. I’m the one who has to choose not to follow one, and at the end of the day it was an experiment.”
Katisha also commented on another tweet that someone had written, who had asked: “I don’t understand why other couples are concerned about what Katisha is doing?”
She simply responded: “Concentrate on your own relationship. Do you see me saying things? ”
Finally someone had tweeted: “Katisha falling for that guy who says she’s going to have to propose to me behind her back is crazy work.”
Katisha replied: “That is funny because at the time I didn’t see it like that. Because of the way it played out I didn’t see it in that way spicy way.
“I saw it as he understood our connection, Demola understood our connection so they were both confused about what my choice was. At the same time I wanted to show reassurance.”
