But her name is being associated with the Amazon Prime series as a stunning-yet-subtle wedding dress worn in season three was once donned by The Kardashians star herself.
The Summer I Turned Pretty dress gets iconic status
Anyone watching The Summer I Turned Pretty season three is likely totally invested in Belly’s (played by Lola Tung) wedding.
Episode four sees her go wedding dress shopping. And although she tries on a “plain” frock, that “isn’t fancy enough,” it actually turns out to be worth $1,150.
The dress in question is a Victoria Beckham number that Belly picks out from a rail of a prom dress shop.
It’s silky and sophisticated, and it turns out that the same design has previously been worn by Kim Kardashian.
Kim Kardashian showed off the dress in pink
Throwing it back to late 2023, and Kim was taking to the ‘gram to show off some new snaps of herself wearing the stunning silk Victoria Beckham dress.
Kim and her mom wore matching dresses, with the SKIMS founder in pink and Kris Jenner in sleek black.
The two attended the Victoria Beckham show at Paris Fashion Week alongside Kris’ beau Corey Gamble.
The mom and daughter duo accessorised their dresses with some serious jewels. But, in another snap of Victoria Beckham also wearing the dress, she went for a more toned-down look.
Victoria shared a video of herself wearing the frock from her collection in October 2023.
Not only has the Floor Length Cami Gown gotten the green light from Kim, but her mom Kris also clearly loves it, as does the dress designer – VB herself!
