All the Love Is Blind cast members who have openly criticised and called out the show
There have been some huge controversies and claims over the years
Love Is Blind has come under fire from a lot of cast members over the years who have various claims about how they were treated whilst on the show.
So, let’s have a look at all the former cast members who have openly criticised the show for what they were allegedly put through whilst filming.
Jeremy Hartwell

Jeremy appeared in season two of Love Is Blind, which premiered in February 2022 with him filing a lawsuit against Netflix and the production company.
He alleged they had “inhumane working conditions” and were overserved alcohol, denied adequate food and water, were underpaid and subjected to exhaustion and isolation.
Production company Kinetic Connect has denied all allegations from the lawsuit with CEO Chris Coelen also denying the claims in an interview with Variety.
Danielle Ruhl

Fellow season two Love Is Blind star, Danielle Ruhl, claimed that she had experienced panic attacks and suicidal thoughts whilst filming, and felt pressured to stay in the experiment.
When asked about the allegations, Chris Coelen responded: “She didn’t inform the production team that she was having any thoughts of self-harm. If she had, we wouldn’t have continued to film with her.
“She never asked anyone in production ever to leave the show. She was free to leave the experiment at any time, as many participants have in the past.
“I urge all potential participants to always prioritise their own well-being, above being on TV, or participating in this experiment, no matter how great the upside might potentially be.”
Danielle Drouin

Danielle appeared in the very first season of Love Is Blind, and confessed she felt that the filming process was purposefully stressful.
She explained that producers seemed to want to keep cast members at their breaking point, describing it as “deliberately dehumanising.”
Kinetic Connect released their own statement in relation to the allegations, stating: “The well-being of our participants is of paramount importance to Kinetic. We have rigorous protocols in place to care for each person before, during, and after filming.”
Natalie Lee
It seems season two was quite the troublesome season as Natalie also called out the show and producers for alleged extreme manipulation manipulation that made contestants “feel crazy.”
Lauren Speed-Hamilton

Lauren is one of the most beloved Love Is Blind cast members, but she accused Netflix of editing out black women, stating that they’re featured in trailers but then removed from the actual episodes.
She also claimed that many couples are overly promoted and given screen time on the show for drama, rather than because of their actual connections.
