The richest RuPaul’s Drag Race cast member is now worth over $10 million after the show
That's some serious hustle
Appearing on RuPaul’s Drag Race can set you up for life, especially if you win the show. And that’s exactly what happened to Trixie Mattel who appeared in season seven of Drag race in 2015 and later returned to win All Stars season three in 2018.
Since leaving the show, Trixie Mattel now has an absolutely gobsmacking net worth of just over $10 million, including the $100k she won from All Stars.
Trixie’s insane wealth comes from a variety of sources, including her Trixie Motel in Palm Springs and This Is It, an LGBTQ+ bar in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
She also owns Trixie Cosmetics, a makeup brand which launched in 2019 and whilst the valuation of the company isn’t public, the Drag Queen owns it outright.
Trixie has also earned some serious money from various TV appearances, such as the Viceland show, The Trixie and Katya Show, with the pair starring in a drag parody of Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion.
She’s also appeared in American Horror Story: Roanoke, Trixie Motel, The Mysteries of Laura, I Like to Watch, and Inside Amy Schumer.
The Drag Race star also makes some income from her albums, with her first album released in 2017, followed by four more after that in the following years.
She also co-hosts the incredible, and award winning, podcast The Bald and The Beautiful, and has even released a collectable doll modelled after her in partnership with Integrity Toys.
She’s also increased her hefty net worth with various collaborations, including those with Maybelline, Etsy, The Sims, and LinkedIn.
Whilst Trixie Mattel is certainly the most successful RuPaul’s Drag Race star financially, she’s certainly worked insanely hard to get where she is now!
