Love Island USA’s Bryan’s family background is so sweet, from mum tattoos to close brother
He revealed he comes from a Hispanic household
Bryan Arenales has revealed he comes from a Hispanic household while sticking up for Amaya on Love Island USA, and it’s all thanks to his family teaching him their culture. He’s so close to his family that he even got a huge tattoo of his mother’s face on his arm!
Love Island USA’s Bryan is really close to his family
Bryan is super close to his family, who he briefly mentioned as being part of a Hispanic household on Love Island USA. He has a close brother who currently lives in Australia, while Bryan lives pretty far away from him, in Boston, Massachusetts.
He has made flirty links to the Dominican Republic by saying, “I love me my Dominicanas,” and is believed to be of Dominican heritage himself. Bryan said, “Coming from a Hispanic household, calling someone babe, mi amor, mi gente, that’s just how we talk.”
He even got a tattoo of his mum on his arm!
Bryan got a tattoo of his mother’s face on his arm, saying he’s a “momma’s boy till the end” back in 2021. He then told her he’d stop getting inked after having one done, but as we can see in the villa, he’s got load of tattoos since, including a wolf and caution tape.
When he first revealed his tattoo of his mum, he used the 2Pac song, Sweet Mama, over a video on his Instagram Story. He also got a large cross tattooed, seemingly to represent his religion, and also got a tattoo to pay homage to his father.
He wrote, “Got my Dad’s blood in me. That’s where the hustle and drive comes from,” next to a photo of his new arm tattoo, which shows his father’s hands holding a rosary. As for sport, Bryan even got his basketball heroes tattooed on him!
