Former star reveals all on Love Island USA editing
Johnnie Olivia has claimed that she got “so frustrated” while watching her season back and had to watch it four times as a result. She’s now urging people to “stop talking about things that happen on Love Island as a known fact” based on her own experience.
She said in a new TikTok video: “You can have opinions about what’s going on, but you do not know what’s going on in there. Like you have no idea what’s being edited, and the producers are really good at doing that. I’d think like, ‘That’s not what happened.'”
“They made me look like I was upset with somebody when I wasn’t, and there so many times they wouldn’t show any of my friendships on there. It really showed such a minimal amount and only showed mine and Cassie’s love connection – not our friendship,” she added.

Johnnie said how she’s seen a lot of people coming on social media and talking about the Love Island USA stars and their situations as “facts,” before talking about the viral photo of Cierra appearing to giggle during the recent recoupling.
She said: “For the people that are saying those things and saying like, ‘Oh, she’s a secret hater, she’s hated this person,’ you don’t know anything, you’re just pulling these facial expressions that are usually clipped from different times and marking them as true.”
