Matt and Colleen had us all fooled, because they were defending their marriage despite being split up. For years, Love Is Blind viewers speculated that the now-estranged couple had split, such as noticing Colleen’s seemingly empty bed without Matt in.
Colleen had baby fever weeks before confirming split
Colleen revealed on April 23 that she had baby fever, but more so than Matt. She acted as though they were still together, but then just weeks later, she revealed they’d “been separated for some time” and had been “work through everything privately.”
“I actually have a ton of baby fever. I didn’t think I would, but every time I see a little cute stinking baby — and especially with Vienna. I think [Matt] definitely wants a bunch of kids, but he doesn’t really necessarily know what it takes,” she told US Weekly.
“I feel like wherever the wind takes us at the moment. Nothing is really holding us down,” Reed said. “So, just kind of exploring our own careers, and we love Dallas. … We’re still really young. I mean, I turned 30 this year. So, still very young and going where the wind takes us.”
Colleen defended her relationship with Matt
During an unlikely interview, Colleen literally confirmed her and Matt were still together, just weeks before they announced their split. Colleen then confirmed her and Matt were still together, and completely defended their relationship amid the rumours.
She admitted they’d had “so many challenges” within their marriage and said: “Of course, staying together, but also, I would say with all the audience and all the eyeballs is definitely the hardest to go through and all of the opinions and everything.”
“I’d say that was 100 percent the biggest challenge. But then, you have your own everyday challenges that you go through in a relationship and a marriage. With everything, it’s a pressure cooker, so you just have to be strong with yourself and with your relationship,” she added.

Despite the amount of speculation about their relationship, Colleen posted a video only in April where you can clearly see a photo of hers and Matt’s wedding. Although Colleen didn’t use words to defend her relationship with Matt, was it done on purpose if they had split?!
One person said, “Do you people not pay attention to context clues? There are pictures of them together on their wall in nearly every video.” And with the amount of dancing videos Colleen posts, it was pretty hard to miss, even though they had literally separated!
