A press release from the huge brand reads: “e.l.f. Beauty (NYSE: ELF) signed a definitive agreement to acquire rhode, a fast-growing, multi-category lifestyle beauty brand founded by Hailey Bieber known for its collection of high-performance, skin-focused products.”
Speaking of the sale, Hailey said: “We can’t wait to bring rhode to more faces, places, and spaces. From day one, my vision for rhode has been to make essential skin care and hybrid makeup you can use every day…”
Just three years after launching her brand, Hailey is clearly making some big money moves.
But, the sale doesn’t quit make her richer than Kylie – yet.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, following the e.l.f. sale, Hailey is worth $300 million.
“The transaction included $600 million in cash, $200 million in e.l.f. stock, and up to $200 million in additional earnouts tied to future performance,” per the report.
