She's being brutally honest about her experience
Chloe Veitch is sitting down with her ex, Harry Jowsey, and she’s here to spill all the tea on a new show she’s hosting, Sneaky Links: Dating After Dark. Chloe Veitch dishes on a new reality show
Appearing on Harry Jowsey’s Boyfriend Material podcast, Chloe broke down how she loved one element of Sneaky Links: “It’s got the educational element of Too Hot To Handle, like Lana teaches you and preaches to you…”
She said it’s pretty much incomparable with any other reality TV show, and she added: “It gets really dramatic.”
In true Chloe fashion, she’s telling it how it is in her podcast episode with Harry.
She said one cast member’s “sneakiness” is clear to see as he “goes from room to room at night.”
Chloe also divulged how one of the participants “is her type on paper.”
She added some more personal details during the chat, telling Harry: “I’ve got ADHD and dyslexia. I got diagnosed when I was 13.”
The star’s personality has seen her cast for all kinds of reality TV shows, including Too Hot To Handle, The Circle, Celebrity Hunted, Perfect Match, Celebrity Ex on the Beach, to name a few.
Chloe ‘had panic attacks every day’
During her conversation with Harry, Chloe lifted the lid on what her first experience of hosting a reality TV show was like.
“Were you scared?” asked her famous ex.
Chloe responded: “Yes. I was absolutely sh***ing my pants, yeah.”
When asked if she felt she did anything “amazing or terrible,” Chloe said: “To be honest with you, in the lead-up to me hosting the show, I was crying every day…”
She continued: “I had panic attacks. I called my doctor, I was like ‘I think I’ve got depression, I don’t know what’s going on, my body’s like screaming at me right now’ and then I just kind of tapped in with myself…”
Chloe said she told herself: “It’s probably because I’ve been in talent for so many years and I feel like the public’s perception of me is this young, dumb woman who’s been on TV a bunch of times.”
“Me transitioning from talent to host, it was the fear of not being respected as a host,” she added.
Chloe also said that as soon as she walks into a room and knows she’s got a job to do, she’ll do it to the best of her ability.
The Sneaky Links host said she had to “push past anxiety” and dealt with “crazy imposter syndrome.”
