Singer who Diddy mentored reacts to one part of the trial she thinks is ‘torturing’ him
'I think that probably had to hit on so many levels'
The Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs trial is currently underway, and as the court proceedings continue, one of the rapper’s former colleagues is speaking out. Former reality TV star and singer Aubrey O’Day worked with Diddy in the early 2000s, and she’s now giving her take on the courtroom dynamics in a new podcast.

In the early 2000s, P Diddy was looking for fresh talent to form a new girl band in a show called Making The Band.
In 2005, Aubrey O’Day was one of three contestants to be selected as winners of season three.
She went on to continue into season four and ultimately became a member of girl group, Danity Kane.
Aubrey went on to appear in more reality TV shows following her Making the Band fame.
She starred shows including Celebrity Big Brother, RuPaul’s Drag Race and The Masked Singer.
Now, she gives her take on what’s being said in the courtroom as Diddy’s trial unfolds.
Aubrey reacts to the Diddy trial

Aubrey said she was asked by Amy Robach, T.J. Holmes, and iHeartRadio to appear in a podcast where she gives her take on the Diddy trial, in a recent Instagram post.
During the May 17 episode, listening to singer Cassie’s testimony, Aubrey said “nothing shocked her” about what was said so far.
But, there was one aspect of the trial that she said she thought would be bothering P Diddy.
Aubrey said on the Covering the Diddy Trial with Amy & T.J. podcast: “He was probably sitting in front of somebody that he loved most in the lane of girlfriend, beyond Kim Porter, and then also somebody that he probably hates the most in life because potentially he sees her as responsible for being the demise of his entire existence…”
Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie, is pregnant with her third child at the time of the trial.
The former Danity Kane singer said: “I thought the dynamics of also him knowing that that could’ve been the baby that’s inside of her and that he could’ve had her child… he had children with a bunch of women throughout the relationship that he wasn’t as open with as he was with Cassie.
“I think that probably had to hit on so many levels. I can’t even imagine the torture.
Aubrey added: “I don’t think there are enough drugs that could make me go to sleep at night after that…”
She continued: “For Cassie, I think that she’s being able to liberate herself as time continues, potentially.”
Per NBC News: “Combs has pleaded not guilty and vehemently denied wrongdoing. Combs has vociferously denied the allegations against him. In a statement in April, Combs’ legal team described his accusers as ‘former long-term girlfriends, who were involved in consensual relationships. This was their private sex life, defined by consent, not coercion’.”
