Omg, Kris Jenner just revealed the wild reason she would refuse to hire someone
She's getting brutal
Ever wondered what it would take to get Kris Jenner to hire you?! Well, wonder no more because she’s just revealed the absolutely insane reason she’d refuse to employ someone. KJ is known for being the momager of all momagers. This lady’s got her fingers in a lot of pies, so whatever she says pretty much goes. But, after this admission, we don’t know whether to be concerned or start taking notes.
Kris Jenner wasn’t always rich and famous
Turns out that Mama Kris wasn’t always the boujee gal we all know and love.
Once upon a time, she was grafting just like the rest of us, and she literally seems to have charmed her way through life, by the sounds.
Speaking on an episode of The Burnouts with Phoebe & Sophia, Kris broke down what her early career days were like and some of the struggles she faced.
She said she worked as an air hostess in her twenties and had dreams of being based in Los Angeles.
“I was the youngest person at the time in their entire lineup of flight attendants,” she said.
Kris explained that the other flight attendants had “great seniority” and that she was “just a rookie.”
“It made me grow up really fast,” she added.
Dishing on one of her mottos in life, Kris added that it was during that job, she learned: “If someone says ‘no,’ you’re talking to the wrong person.”
The Kardashians star also said that in that role, she “figured out how to make the system work for her” and learned to negotiate.
Kris Jenner on why she’d refuse to hire someone
When the podcast hosts, Phoebe and Sophia, asked Kris what advice she’d give to a young person wanting to “get seen” by their boss, she made some interesting points.
Kris explained: “One time I was asked to speak to a group of kids that were graduating from high school, it was spontaneous, my girlfriend put me on a FaceTime…”
She was asked to advise some “young girls,” and she said: “Keep your car clean…”
Being deadly serious, Ms KJ went on to explain: “Have you ever noticed that people with a really messy car, like French fries mushed… and paper cups and drinks thrown around and clothes from last week… I could not think or be in a car like that.”
She added: “I don’t care what kind of a car it is… I remember I had a red Mazda as my first car and I loved this car…”
Kris explained how she “used to treat the car like it was her most prized possession.”
“I washed it once or twice a week myself and vacuumed it out.
“The carpets were always clean, and if they wore out, I would save my money and buy a new little mat…”
She added: “I wish that it was legal… if I was interviewing somebody to have somebody sneak down and look at the inside of the car…
The reality TV star continued: “It just kind of represents organisational skills and discipline and just the way that you feel about yourself…”
Rounding off with another piece of advice for listeners, Kris added: “Give everything you do your very best effort.”
