Here’s the real reason Kylie Jenner moved seats away from Timothée Chalamet during the Oscars
It's actually quite sweet
March 2 marked a big night in Hollywood this year as famous faces flocked to the Oscars ceremony. Demi Moore, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande and Adrien Brody were all in tow, as well as everyone’s fave couple – Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner. The lovebirds attended the awards ceremony together – but at one point could be seen sitting away from one another.
People noticed Kylie move away from Timothée
At the vital moment Timothée Chalamet was set to find out whether he was going to win an award or not, people clocked onto the fact his other half had moved away from him.
Kylie Jenner and Timothée sat beside one another during the ceremony – until the all-important occasion came that he’d be finding out whether he’d bagsied an award.
Everyone seems to have noticed Kylie sitting behind her boyfriend rather than next to him. The two appeared to still be on good terms, though. When Timmy found out he’d lost out on the award to Adrien Brody, he received a kiss from Kylie.

The reason Kylie moved at the Oscars is sweet
Kylie and Timothée literally seem to have all eyes on them any time they step outside together.
After peeping how the couple sat apart during the Oscars, their loyal fanbase can rest easy knowing Kylie simply moved to be polite to Timothée and his mom. How sweet.
Kylie is said to have quite literally taken a back seat so that the moment Timmy was likely waiting for all night could be shared with his mom.
As he awaited the result, Timothée can be seen beside his mom, Nicole Flender, who took Kylie’s place.
Apparently, Kylie has been accepted into the Chalamet family. E! News reports: “Nicole and Kylie were even snapped chatting from their seats, proving Kylie is definitely parent-approved in the Chalamet household.”
