Dave claps back at criticism after being labelled as a ‘villain’ on Love Is Blind
'The amount of hate is insane'
Following his newfound status as the resident villain of Love Is Blind season eight, Dave has hit back at hate comments.
Taking to his Instagram story, Dave called out those criticising his actions on Love Is Blind, writing: “I’ve never once said I’m perfect.
“I admitted that very early on in the pods. I went through this experiment the same as everyone else. I’ve always been nice and respectful to everyone I’ve ever met in my life.”

He continued: “The amount of hate surrounding me online is insane and it’s impossible to stay quiet. Just because it’s ‘reality TV’ doesn’t mean you have to label people in a negative light.
“I have a life and a job outside of this and it’s really sad to read these things from people who don’t know me.”

Lauren also hit back at negative comments, saying: “Since when was it a prerequisite to be cast on a reality TV show that you need to be a perfect human and have all of your sh*t figured out?
“Everyone who went through this experience is a human with real feelings and reactions to what you’re commenting/messaging. The world needs more light, please be kind,” she said.
She added: “To everyone who has gone to a cast member’s page and commented something disgusting, I would LOVE to get you in front of a camera and let the world judge you in your most vulnerable moments.”
