Southern Charm star speaks out on *that* White Lotus crossover, and she has a bone to pick
She's the expert
Southern Charm is entertaining, that’s for sure. But, a lot of people had no idea its cast is that big of a deal that it inspired the characters of White Lotus?! Now, a former Southern Charmer, Cameran Eubanks, is throwing in her two cents on just how accurate the White Lotus characters might be.

Cameran Eubanks weighs in on Southern Charm inspiring White Lotus
A White Lotus and Southern Charm crossover is something people may have never seen coming.
But, low and behold, here it is – and Cameran is popping back into our lives to give her take on the whole thing, too.
She took to IG Stories this February to say she was “dead” at the idea of the show’s cast inspiring White Lotus.
Cameran shared casket emojis as well as a link to an article about the inspo.
She then shared her thoughts on who she thinks White Lotus’ Jason Isaacs sounds most like:
“Many of ya’ll are echoing what I thought as soon as I heard the dad speak. ‘Damn, he sounds like Thomas Ravenel!’… That dialect is NOT North Carolina. It’s old Charleston.”
Southern Charm star is equipped with knowledge
The Charleston, South Carolina gal then delves into where all her accent knowledge comes from.
Taking to her socials she explained getting “lots of messages asking what the difference is between a Charleston accent and the Old Charleston accent.”
“Well, there really is no such thing as current Charleston dialect because now more Northerners live here than Southerners BUT the old Charleston English is still clinging on to a few,” she explained.
Cameran adds: “Also, fun fact- Thomas was the ONLY original cast member who was born and bred in Charleson…
“I am from the upstate of South Carolina and our dialect is a lot more twangy and less refined…”
Some of The White Lotus cast were told to go and watch the Bravo show to brush up on their accents, per People.
