90 Day Fiance’s Leida Margaretha has been arrested for several charges. She was charged with domestic while armed, mistreating an animal, disorderly conduct and felony bail jump.
Leida was arrested and held in the Adams County, Wisconsin, jail on January 24. The 90 Day Fiance star has spoken out about the charges and has accused her husband, Eric Rosenbrook, of domestic abuse.
Leida Margaretha has been arrested
Leida Margaretha was arrested on Friday January 24. She was charged with domestic while armed, mistreating an animal, disorderly conduct and felony bail jump, and held at Adams County jail.
She has a court date set for Monday, January 27, and a judge will set bail at the hearing. It comes a month after charges of felony wire fraud, fraud against a financial institution, and theft charges were dismissed.
However, her separate felony charges for bail jumping, theft of a business setting greater than $10,000 to $100,000 and wire fraud against a financial institution were still active.
She’s made claims about her husband
Leida is accusing her husband, Eric Rosenbrook, who appeared on 90 Day Fiance with her, of domestic abuse. He has spoken out himself and said she hasn’t shared all of the information.
“MY HUSBAND PHYSICALLY ABUSED ME. I WON’T BE SILENT ANYMORE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,” Leida wrote via Instagram Stories above a photo of herself with what appeared to be a bruise above her eye.
“I LET EVERYBODY KNOW WHY I FILED FOR A DIVORCE BACK IN 2024. I WON’T BE SILENCED ANYMORE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,” she added. Eric told In Touch: “What she has posted is not the whole story.”
He has also said he will reveal more in the coming days. The two became a controversial couple on 90 Day Fiance season 6 in 2018, after Leida was granted a restraining order against Eric’s daughter, Alari.
