All the signs James Kennedy and Ally Lewber aren’t together after his arrest
James Kennedy is at a loss as he begs for his ex, Ally Lewber, to take him back. They first sparked split rumors at the end of 2024 after he was arrested during an argument – and there’s been signs.
Vanderpump Rules may have recasted for the upcoming season. But one remaining cast member is James Kennedy, who is now believed to be going through a break-up from Ally Lewber, but is unconfirmed.
James Kennedy was arrested in December
James Kennedy was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanour domestic violence after an argument in December. He was arguing with a woman during the late hours of the night.
Police in Burbank, California, near Los Angeles, were sent to a home after a report of a man and woman who was not identified arguing at 11.30pm. He was arrested but released on $20K bail hours later.
His girlfriend, Ally Lewber, who lives with him, has previously denied speculation Kennedy was abusive towards her. A day after the arrest, she hosted Windsor’s holiday party at the Short Stories Hotel.

Ally Lewber is ‘moving her things out’
Ally Lewber is reportedly moving her things out of their newly-renovated home, which only got completed less than a year ago. New photos by TMZ showed her doing another sweep of her belongings.
The last time this happened, the paparazzi saw her rolling a suitcase to her car as she moved out of the Los Angeles property the couple shared with their cats and dog, Hippie, and it’s happened again.
Although there are rumors they’ve split, it’s been reported by Yahoo that Ally and James are continuing to work on their relationship while taking much-needed time apart after a difficult time.
He’s ‘begging her to take him back’
A source is claiming James is “begging Ally to take him back” amid the split rumors. They told the US Sun: “He is desperately pleading with her to take him back and she hasn’t fully pulled the trigger yet.”
They added, “It’s headed in that direction of her walking away. The time apart has made her realize he’s not healthy for her and it’s better for both of them if they broke-up for good.”
However, a source told Yahoo: “James and [Ally] are living apart but haven’t broken up. James has been super focused on self-improvement and his sobriety and doing well. He’s been taking it very seriously.”
