The famous family is known for being super close, but friction can build between the siblings – and even their best friends. As fans patiently wait for a new season of The Kardashians to arrive, some will never forget the throwback moment from KUWTK where Kourtney Kardashian slaps Jonathan Cheban.
Throwback to Kourtney and Jonathan’s fight
Despite Keeping Up With the Kardashians airing years ago, fans are still remembering many reality TV ‘gold’ moments from the show this fall.
It seems things haven’t really changed much for the stars. This fall, Kourtney explained how she “looks like a working woman” but really is a “stay-at-home mom” while appearing on the Skinny Confidential podcast.
A throwback clip sees Kim Kardashian complaining about her sister’s work ethic: “You took two moths off for the baby are you gonna wait until she’s like 20 to go back to work?”
Kourtney fires back: “I would love to.”
As Kim says she and Khloé Kardashian are doing the majority of the work in their family business, Kim’s best friend, Jonathan Cheban chimes in.
Kourtney warns him: “Don’t get involved,” before he says: “I feel like you haven’t been working for years, no offense.”
In a confessional, Kourtney says: “This is sisters’ business,” before telling him: “Sorry that you literally eat Kim’s dingleberries off. That’s all you do.”
Kourtney tells Jonathan his “entire job is following Kim wherever she is,” as the pair’s exchange gets heated.
Khloé tells the cameras how “ruthless” Kourtney and Jonathan have “always bickered” but this time things turn up a notch.
Kourtney calls Jonathan a “loser” while he says: “At least my job isn’t collecting Kim’s money… without Kim, you’d be nothing. All you’d be doing is chasing Scott at nightclubs every night.”
“I don’t know who told you that you’re the queen of this castle, that you don’t need to work, you do,” adds Jonathan.
He continues: “You’re delusional, you’re a psycho, and you’re a b****, before telling Kourtney “That’s why Scott will never marry her.”
Kourtney then slaps Jonathan across the face as he exits the room. He tells Kim he’ll “press charges,” but she shuts the idea down, saying: “Don’t be ridiculous.”
Reflecting on the fight years later, Jonathan said on his YouTube channel the fight was particularly “vicious,” but reassures fans: “I rarely fight with the girls,” adding how he’s gotten into around “three fights” with them in “15 years.”
