Emotions are running high during the reality TV show as she and Chafic form a connection. The two fell in love sight unseen, but whether they get married – fans have to watch and see.
Netflix brings a brand-new installment of Love Is Blind to screens this fall. Not only are fans lucky enough to be binging on season 7 of the original, but there’s a spin-off show airing, too. Love Is Blind: Habibi dropped a batch of episodes on October 10.
Meet Chafic and Dounia
Dounia, 24, is a vibrant content creator who Chafic describes as “positive, kind,” and “everything he’d want in a woman.”
Love Is Blind Habibi cast member Chafic is 27 and works in his family’s trading business.
The two bonded in the pods immediately. Chafic revealed how “family comes first,” for him, something Dounia resonated with.

During the show, Chafic says he prefers to hold off judging people.
Dounia doesn’t appear to have seen any negative side of her partner. The two bonded over speaking French and are both now based in Dubai.
Love Is Blind Habibi stars now
Although things between Chafic and Dounia seemed to go perfectly, some social media clues hint they’re no longer together.
During their wedding day, in episode 9, Dounia says she’s “found her other half” but adds: “But, for today, I’ll say no.”
“Chafic and I made a decision together, today we won’t get married, unfortunately,” says Dounia.
On their big day, they opted out of getting married and decided together they “want to do this right” but “needed more time.”
Judging by their Instagram pages, they’re no longer on good terms.
Chafic and Dounia aren’t following one another on IG.
By the looks of some social media posts, fans predicted things wouldn’t work out for the pair.
One took to X (Twitter) to say: “Chafic really doesn’t give me serious vibes at all, he can get along with Dounia sometimes, but I don’t think they’re a good fit #LoveIsBlindHabibi.”
However, some did have high hopes: “Dounia and Chafic are the male and female version of each other. Way too cute, see the excitement.”
