Morgan is a pageant queen hoping to find her match on Love is Blind. She finally ditches her dating apps and takes to the pods for help, after her last partner passed away after two months together.
Love is Blind is officially back! Morgan is one of several singletons chatting to other date-goers in a pod room, but she’s no stranger to having all eyes on her. The Netflix star grew up competing in pageants.
Pageant queen Morgan looks for love
Pageant queen Morgan Moore works as a sales lead in her day job, but she once graced the catwalks of pageants in the US. She “knows her worth and isn’t settling for the minimum.”
In July, she attended the Miss Virginia State Pageant, where competitors tried to advance and get closer to becoming Miss America. She has been “empowering the next generation of pageant queens.”
Now a coach for pageant competitors, she would previously compete in pageants in her bikini for the likes of Miss Tennessee, as part of the Miss America Organization, where she was the third runner-up.
Love is Blind star is ‘smarter than she looks’
Morgan promises she is “smarter than she looks” and is determined to hustle when she needs to. During her pageant days back in 2014, she “worked so hard on her body” which “amazed her”.
She said, “I’m smarter than I look, and I’m also extremely kind, open, and honest. Men aren’t willing to do the emotional labor to appreciate what I have to bring to a relationship.”
“I won’t settle when my life is so fulfilling at this stage,” Morgan added. She reveals beauty, fashion and lifestyle are her passions, and lives by the quote, “Confidence is faking it till you make it.”
She was a sorority sister at the University of Tennessee, where she was a recruiter for the football team and represented her college as Miss City Knoxville at Miss Tennessee.
She urges men to go to therapy
Morgan is urging men to “go to therapy,” as she is done accepting the absolute bare minimum in relationships. She typically goes for tall and nerdy men while dating.
If someone is not ready to be genuine partners on every level, they won’t get past the first date with Morgan. She’s been “hesitant to date” as her last boyfriend died in 2016, months after she moved to DC.
They dated all throughout college, which was her only serious relationship. “I think because of that experience, it’s made me hesitant to date, as any guy I’ve told – it’s began to nosedive,” she said.
