Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams, 43, is grieving the loss of her “baby cousin” this August. The reality TV star shares via social media how she’s currently dealing with the passing of Yolanda ‘Londie’ Favors. Londie was just 34 years old at the time of her death.
Many Real Housewives of Atlanta fans will know of Porsha Williams’ close family ties. She and her loved ones appeared in the Bravo spin-off series The Real Housewives of Atlanta: Porsha’s Family Matters three years ago. The show saw Porsha’s family members rise to stardom including her younger cousin, Londie.
Londie Favors passes away
Porsha Williams and her family are mourning the loss of Yoland ‘Londie’ Elisabeth Lacenia Favors this August.
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha takes to Instagram to share the loss of her “baby cousin” Londie.
Londie passed away on August 7 at the age of 34. A cause of her death isn’t mentioned.
The Family Matters star was born on August 21, 1989. Porsha writes of her cousin: “Londie – you were our best friend, our sister, our aunt, our cousin, and so much more. Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, and you are loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.”
Porsha pays tribute to Londie
As Porsha navigates a divorce and co-parenting, she is now dealing with the loss of her dear cousin.
She shares an emotional tribute on IG with a caption reading: “The impact and value you provided all of us during your time here was tremendous, but we know that your spirit will always be with us every day guiding us through this difficult time and what’s still to come. For that, we’re eternally grateful. Love you always Dear Baby Cousin… RIP.”
Porsha also includes the quote: “So it’s true, when all is said and done, grief is the price we pay for love. – E.A. Bucchianeri,” in her post.
Condolences pour in the comments section as fellow Bravo stars and RHOA cast members learn of Londie’s untimely passing.
Cynthia Bailey comments: “Wow. Heartbroken. Just saw her at your event a couple weeks ago. gave me the biggest hug. She was always so kind, sweet and full of love. she will be missed by all. sending my heartfelt & deepest condolences to the family. I am so sorry for your loss.”
