Billie Eilish has sent fans wild as she seemingly posts a ‘cozy’ snap of herself and Steve Lacy together to her Instagram story.
The music stars were both in LA over the weekend, as Billie Eilish attended the Dark Red singer’s concert in LA. Afterward, it seemed like she was getting pretty ‘comfortable’ with the singer, with a snap that sent fans wild on social media.
Billie Eilish and Steve Lacy post together – and fans ‘ship’
Taking to her Instagram story over the weekend as she attended Lacy’s concert in LA, the 22-year-old posted a video of Lacy’s guitar solo, with a ‘kissing’ emoji.
The next slide is where it got interesting for fans, and although they couldn’t see the star’s face, his tattoos were a big giveaway.
In the picture, Lacy, whose face was cut off from the mouth up, could be seen smiling, as he held the singer’s foot. Again, she posted some ‘loved up’ emojis in the caption, including two people hugging.
Although this isn’t any clear confirmation that anything is going on between the two, of course, fans got excited at the thought and ran to X, formerly known as Twitter to discuss.
“Billie Eilish and Steve Lacy???? I’M FREAKIN OUTTTTTT,” exclaimed one.
“NOT BILLIE EILISH AND STEVE LACY WTFF WOOWWZ,” a second wrote.
A third excited fan commented: “Billie Eilish and Steve Lacy????!!!?? I’LL NEVER BE ABLE TO PROCESS THIS. BYE.”
The What Was I Made For? singer was previously dating Jesse Rutherford, before breaking up in May 2023. Despite this, the star revealed they were still very good friends.
However, others hoped the pics meant the two were collaborating on music together, rather than dating: “Me hoping it’s a collab more than dating,” said one.
Whatever the reason, we’re excited either way!
The star shows support to Margot Robbie and Greta Gerwig after Oscars ‘snub’
Billie and her brother Finneas received an Oscar Nomination for Best Original song in, What Was I Made For? made for the Barbie movie.
To celebrate, and thank the award show for the nom, the star took to Instagram to post a photo of herself and Margot Robbie, which some fans saw as ‘support’ for her ‘Oscars snub’. Greta Gerwig was also left out of the nominations for Best Director.
Along with her picture, Eilish shared a statement, which read: “We are so incredibly honoured to receive a nomination for ‘What Was I Made For?’” the statement began. “As lifelong fans of film, music in film and the Academy Awards, this means everything to us.
