Manchester farm shop introduces filming restrictions after Molly-Mae made it influencer hotspot
The Hollies Farm Shop is restricting visitors during certain hours
A Manchester farm shop has introduced a restriction on customers taking photos and videos at the venue, following its popularity with influencers.
The Hollies Farm Shop released a notice to customers, explaining restrictions on when visitors can make content on its site during certain hours.
The Cheshire family-run business is a frequented venue of Molly-Mae, who shared her visits on YouTube and social media. The former Love Island star visited the shop in September 2023 and posted a vlog on her channel showcasing The Hollies Farm Shop to more than two million subscribers.
The business also posted a photo of Molly-Mae with boxer Tommy Fury and their daughter Bambi when they visited the Lower Stretton site in June 2024.

Footballer Jack Grealish and actor Courntey Cox are amongst the famous faces who have added to its reputation as a popular hotspot.
The business that started in 1959 with an honesty box vegetable stand on the side of the road, over 60 years later, has two sites in Little Budworth and Lower Stretton and has amassed 107,000 followers on Instagram.
The new rules appeared as a pop-up on The Hollies’ website as well as on signs at the farm shop.
While the farm shop encourages visitors to tag them in social media posts via their hashtag #THEHOLLIESFARMSHOP, they said the rule was introduced “to respect the privacy of our customers and staff during our busiest hours” and help with the “smooth running of the site.”
Management does entirely prohibit photography and filming; they just ask customers to avoid it during peak hours.
The notice also says that management must agree to “professional, commercial, or organised filming” in advance.
