Raves, trips and becoming a godfather: Lorenzo Alessi on his single era after Love Island
He’s living his best life
Love Island’s Lorenzo has been a bit of an enigma since leaving the villa and nobody really knew what he was up to, but he’s just shared a big life update with all the juicy deets.
The 2026 winner split from Julia two weeks ago and shared a lengthy statement on Instagram saying it’s been a “difficult time” processing the “end of this chapter”. He added: “I’m incredibly grateful for what was an amazing summer with beautiful memories and wish nothing but the best for Julia moving forward.”
Now, he’s in his single era and looks like he’s thriving. Since the split, he’s been to a mega-luxury Bentley car event, done loads for London Fashion Week and is still working on his budding DJ career.

Lorenzo went live on Instagram last night and revealed house music and raves are a huge part of his life now. He went to see ANOTR at Alexandra Palace, Franky Rizardo at KOKO and had a “really fun time at the British Museum with Black Coffee” all in one week. Plus, Lorenzo said he has “more music things lined up” too.
In between all that, he just christened his cousin and became a godfather, and revealed he’s got trips to Egypt and Barbados lined up. Off to see Mica and Samraj, perhaps? Oh, and he’s got loads of plans for Halloween with his friendship group, and already has his outfits sorted.

So, it’s all DJ gigs, jet-setting and work events for him right now. There are also rumours he’s been rekindling things with Yasmin, but she seems to be cracking on with Central Cee. Apparently, Lorenzo and Yasmin met up for a coffee in the same week as the NTAs, although it seems like it was just friendly. I honestly can’t keep up!
