Priya just lowkey made the smartest career decision of any of the Love Island 2026 cast
She’s one to watch
Just as all the Love Island 2026 cast sign with agencies and get the next stages of their careers in motion: Enter Priya Jaswal. She wasn’t everyone’s favourite person in the villa, but that isn’t going to stop her.
Priya might have been a bit later than some of the other Islanders with getting her work ducks in a row, but this weekend she signed with an agency, and it looks as though it could be the best partnership yet.
A very telling TikTok, shared by showbiz journalist and all-round Love Island expert Flic Cross, has broken down Priya’s latest move. She noted that pretty much all of the Islanders are signed to agencies now, but said Priya’s is worth discussing on its own.

“I think this is such a smart choice,” Flic said of Priya’s management signing. “She’s signed up with Rom Com Entertainment over the weekend, and this is just such a good fit.”
Flic explained that the agency looks after Islanders such as Demi Jones and Jess Harding already, who are very “Priya coded” in the sense that they have worked out their niche, and are opinionated and true to themselves as people.
Flic noted that Rom Com also looks after big names such as Rachel Stevens, who since her S-Club days has become a household name in so many different ways. She’s appeared on countless TV shows, and seems to be one of those names that never loses relevance. Key for an Islander, really.
“As well as legacy media, they [Rom Com] are really across the influencer space,” Flic said. “It’s such a smart choice.”
Flic went on to explain she has heard – and her sources are always spot on – that Priya has intention to go into the charity space, using her platform in that way. “I’m excited for her,” she said. “I think we’re going to see big things and she deserves it.”
@fliccross Congrats @priyatalya @Rom Com Entertainment ✨ #loveisland #loveislanduk #nta
After Love Island 2026 came to a close, a brand and culture expert told The Tab he predicted Priya could make around £100k in her first year outside the villa, if she made the right career choices. It would look as though she’s getting that all lined up now!
