The Love Island 2026 cast who’ve signed huge deals, and the ones who are majorly flopping

Time is ticking

Some of the Love Island 2026 cast members have signed huge management deals and are well on their way to successful and lucrative careers, while others have done practically nothing. If they haven’t done it by now, they probably never will, so here’s a look at who’s thriving and who’s flopping.

Julia, Ellie, Yasmin and Jasmine have all made big career moves

Julia has signed to one of the most prestigious management agencies out there, RUA Management. It’s the same one Yasmin Pettet is signed to, and they represent premium, high-fashion talent. They’re more editorial than influencer, with many going on to walk on runways and work with luxury brands.

A source told The Sun: “Julia was never going to be your average teeth-whitening, club tour kind of talent and RUA is a great fit for her – they’re high-end, innovative, editorial.”

Ellie is thriving too after signing with the Creative Artists Agency (CAA), who represent thousands of people across the entertainment industry, including Ariana Grande, Cristiano Ronaldo and Sydney Sweeney. Wow! They’re currently expanding into UK creators, and Ellie is the first Love Islander they’ve ever represented. Big things are coming her way.

Jasmine has also signed to RNC Global, a talent agency based in London, while Yasmin has a deal with Force 1 Management, who currently manage Ekin-Su, James Argent, and Georgia Harrison.

Kavan and Finley have signed huge management deals too

As for the boys, it’s just Kavan and Finley who have signed deals so far. Kavan is with Redē Talent, while Finley is being represented by Ball Management.

“Welcome @finley.maddock to Ball 💜 Fresh out of the Love Island villa, we’re so pleased to sign Finley to our roster. He’s ready for the next stage and to grow beyond his successful run on the show. Through fashion, lifestyle, and his continued passion for fitness and Hyrox, we’re beyond excited to see what the future brings,” Ball said in an Instagram post.

Redē added: “We’re incredibly excited to welcome Kavan Murphy to Redē. Following his time on Love Island, Kavan is entering an exciting new chapter, with a clear vision to build something that goes far beyond the villa. With his natural sense of style, personality and growing audience, we’re excited to work alongside Kavan as he establishes himself across fashion, lifestyle and entertainment, while showing more of the personality that made people connect with him in the first place. For us, it’s about building careers with longevity, and we’re incredibly excited about what’s ahead for Kavan.”

Everyone else is majorly flopping

That means out of big Love Island 2026 cast members, Lorenzo, Simba, Angelista, Priya, Aidan and Tommy are all flopping. Maybe they’re just taking things slow and making sure they make the right choice. But it could end up being too late. Time is ticking!
