‘Goth baddie’ Pinkchyu gets to the bottom of what happened with Drake after the viral contest
I kind of ship them now
So, Drake participated in a viral “20 women vs Drake” dating contest, in which he declared a “goth baddie” Pinkchyu the winner. Drake and Pinkchyu definitely seemed keen on each other during the stream – he extracted a Magic: The Gathering card from her cleavage and barked at her command. So, what happened between them after the cameras stopped rolling? Pinkchyu has answered our burning questions.
Pinkchyu (whose real name is Lin Lamar) denied “hooking up” with Drake after filming wrapped for the dating contest. Like, adamantly. When TMZ asked her about this, she said “no” five times. She explained: “We just had a lot of good conversations … it’s overwhelming because I’m just really happy.”
Drake, Pinkchyu and the other women who participated in the dating contest appear to have all had drinks at a bar together after filming the dating contest.
Pinkchyu has elaborated on what topics she and Drake managed to find to talk about. Apparently, Pinkchyu wasn’t a huge fan of Drake’s music, but that led to some “funny” chats.

Pinkchyu explained: “You know what’s crazy? When me and him, like, talked and stuff, I said, ‘You know what’s funny, is I just remember you from Degrassi.’ And I know like some of his popular songs and stuff, but that’s where I knew him, was watching Degrassi.
For your information: Pinkchyu is referring to Drake’s breakout role in the 2000s teen drama Degrassi: The Next Generation. You are forgiven if you forgot Drake was once an actor. I think Drake may have also forgotten he was once an actor.
She continued: “And I was like, ‘This is crazy, ’cause I listen to goth music and metal. I grew up playing guitar, violin. I was in bands. That’s the kind of music I listen to.” So, I was like, “This is so funny, ’cause it’s like we’re complete opposites.'”
Drake has also clarified that he is genuinely up for buying Pinkchyu’s mother a house, as he promised to do in the video.
Although Pinkchyu’s competitors Lily Phillips and Lena The Plug joked about having a threesome with Drake afterwards, it’s not clear whether Drake actually got, er, better acquainted with any of the contestants.

Although some of the women who participates in Drake’s contest seemed to have done so for the plot, or are already in relationships, Pinkchyu says she is single and open to exploring romantic connections.
Pinkchyu wrote on her Instagram: “Been alone long enough, feel like I want to try and open my heart again.”
She explained to TMZ why she was single, but looking for a change. “I don’t have time,” she said, “I think I’m very business-orientated, very career-focused. Before this, I started doing social media and I think it’s just hard for me to find somebody, and I just… if it happens, it happens. I have my cats. I love my cats.”
