Everything Love Island’s Priya and Aidan have dished about how their relationship is going

Aidan said they’re absolutely ‘inseparable’

Much to everyone’s surprise, Aidan and Priya are still going strong after the Love Island villa, so here’s everything they’ve said about their relationship.

They had a crazy end to their villa journey, suddenly realising they fancied each other after weeks living under the same roof and going to the hideaway before it all came crashing down as Aidan sacked it off. Then, in another wild turn of events, the pair revealed they were back on during the live final, and it’s been smooth sailing for them ever since.

Speaking on GK Barry’s podcast Saving Grace the day after they got back to the UK, Priya said she definitely sees “potential” for things to get serious between them and she’s thinking very “positively” about things.

“We have so much chemistry. We have such a strong connection, whether it be a foundation from when we were friends, but whatever it is, we don’t want to leave each other. We have the most fun time together,” she said. Priya doesn’t think it’s an issue to her that they were friends first either, because all of her serious relationships and serious situations have “always gone from friends to lovers”.

She said they haven’t “done the deed” yet, but they’ve already been spending loads of time together. When they landed, she went straight to his family house, then they went over to her family home after that. In another interview on Capital Xtra a few days later, Aidan confirmed things are “moving forward,” and Priya agreed that “Praidan is going well so far”.

“I love how we kind of left it as a mystery to the viewers in terms of our situation. I mean, even when we were in the villa, there was not one moment where I said that I wanted to cut things off with you, Priya. I always said that us leaving was gonna benefit us massively, and I think it has,” Aidan said. “I think the few days that we’ve had, I like where it’s going. I’m not gonna go too deep into it, but Praidan is moving forward.”

The pair told Radio Times they’re “in a good place”. “Since we’ve left, it’s just been really, really nice,” Priya said. “It’s going well.” Then, on Tennessee Thresher and Danny Aarons’ Punchin’ podcast, Aidan said they’ve “hit the ground running” and are absolutely “inseparable”. They looked very cosy at the reunion party too, holding hands as they arrived, so it’s safe to say things are going well.
