OnlyFans creator and influencer claims her natural 32OO chest got her banned from Instagram

A woman with a natural 32OO cup chest has said her boobs got her banned from Instagram. 30-year-old influencer turned OnlyFans creator Tianna Moon suffers from gigantomastia, a rare condition which causes rapid breast tissue growth.

Tianna was diagnosed after her boobs got bigger, rather than smaller, when she lost a significant amount of weight. She said that in February, commenters on her Instagram and Facebook accounts began speculating that her chest was AI-generated. This caused her to have her Instagram account temporarily suspended.

“So I’d probably say maybe like four weeks ago this started,” she said. “Typical breasts have a high fat content. With gigantomastia, breast tissue is made up differently. Whether they’re seeing a change in my body – due to my weight loss after my gastric sleeve – rather than my breasts and thinking ‘they must be fake’.

“They’ve said ‘isn’t AI good’ or ‘nice to see you’ve AI’d them’, all on unedited pics. I just took the photo and uploaded because the lighting was good.”

Tianna’s Instagram accounts were flagged as breaching “fraud and deception” guidelines in February 2026. “I find it amusing people waste time on something like that when I have a medical condition – I don’t need to make them bigger because they already exist and exist in everything I post,” she said.

“I have five Instagrams, some relatively new accounts and I lost them all at once for the exact same thing and thought, ‘that was odd’. It’s not something I’ve come across or heard of before. I don’t really think there’s anything I can do.”

Tianna said she has “always” had a larger chest, but when she lost some weight found it “odd” that her breasts grew from an L cup to an M cup – rather than getting smaller as she did. She researched the condition online on medical discussion groups and ChatGPT, and came across others who suffer from the condition. She then visited her GP in July 2025, who confirmed she had gigantomastia.

Now, content creator Tianna has said she struggles to find a bra, and has to buy the biggest possible size and “make it work”. This often leaves her with cuts and infections under her ribs. Her breasts have since continued to grow, and are now a OO cup.

Tianna has seen some benefit from her chest though. She launched an OnlyFans career in 2021, after a head injury left her unable to work full-time, and now makes £10k a month from subscribers who admire her chest. Naturally.

She said: “I might as well try and reap the benefits of my medical condition rather than the negatives. After Covid and furlough I decided I wanted to work for myself and be in charge, manage my own schedule and still make money.”
