I’m shocked! MAFS UK cast defend Sarah and Dean after people say they ‘stayed too long’

People think they should’ve gone home weeks ago

People called out MAFS UK’s Sarah and Dean for staying in the experiment for too long and wasting each other’s time when they both knew how they really felt, but the other cast members have a different opinion entirely.

Speaking to Heat, Keye and Julia-Ruth explained that in their opinion, Dean and Sarah stayed in the experiment for the perfect amount of time to see if their feelings would grow. I think they both knew there were no feelings there from the wedding, but okay.

“I think Sarah and Dean stayed in the experiment for the right amount of time. I think they needed that extra chance, because Sarah needed to give herself the opportunity for that sexual attraction potentially grow,” Keye said.

“Because sometimes it is an instant, sometimes it does take time. And the more you get to know someone and see their character, the more you fall in love with them or fancy them.”

“So I think had they left the first week, it would have been a real shame to not at least give it its all because I think we can all see aspects of that couple that would have worked so beautifully together and to not even try would have been a real shame,” he added. He must have seen things we didn’t see on-screen.

Julia Ruth agreed, revealing the MAFS application process is extremely long and every couple owes it to themselves to stay for as long as possible and “give it their all”.

“Honestly agree with that. I think that’s such a long process to even be considered for this. And then you kind of. You give your all, and I feel like it’s such a shame if you do give up, because there’s people really trying their best,” she said.

“And I just feel like there is so much hope and there is so much promise and connection between people. So I feel like everyone’s just, trying their best to just fight for it. So I don’t think they stayed too long, or I don’t think they left too early. I feel like they literally just tried their best, honestly.”
