The MAFS UK 2025 cast are all as gorgeous as ever, but quite a few of them have had some cosmetic surgery done to enhance their features. Here’s a full rundown of all the procedures they’ve had, from lip fillers to boob jobs and even an entire facial reconstruction.

Rebecca says she’s had ‘a lot of work’ done

In a TikTok video, Rebecca explained that she’s had a lot of cosmetic surgery, hinting at a boob job and some botox, but insisted that she’s never had any lip or cheek filler.

“There were quite a few comments about my cheeks and about my lips being overinflated and how that’s distorted my face. My cheeks and my lips are all natural,” she said.

“Don’t get me wrong, everything else is plastic. I’ve had a lot of work done. But my cheeks and my lips are the natural parts of me.”

Nelly has had a boob job

Cosmetic Dentist Nelly has surprisingly never had any work done to her teeth. They’re all natural, except from a bit of whitening and braces. However, she told The Tab that she did get her boobs done in 2019.

Steven has had facial reconstructive surgery

Groom Steven had to get his entire face reconstructed after he was attacked while leaving a nightclub, by someone he previously had a bit of a disagreement with at college.

“I fractured my right cheekbone, I’ve damaged my teeth, I’ve got a few scars on my chin. I shattered my nose, so I’ve still got a slight bend in there, but I had reconstructive surgery,” he told the MailOnline.

On her Instagram Story, Leah revealed she gets microneedling and hyaluronic acid every month to keep her skin plump and glowy. She’s also been rumoured to have had some fillers, and has had a massive transformation.

This expert thinks Joe has had a hair tattoo

Joe hasn’t addressed it himself, but one expert thinks Joe has had scalp micro-pigmentation. This non-surgical procedure is basically a hair tattoo that uses tiny dots of pigment to create the illusion of real hair on the scalp. If he has, it looks great!

Maeve owns her own aesthetics company

Maeve hasn’t spoken out about exactly what surgery she’d had done, but she owns her own aesthetics company which offers a range of different treatments including lip filler, botox, dermaplaning, skin boosters and jaw filler.
