Six months after their MAFS split, Tori shares update about where she and Jack stand now

Six months ago, MAFS Australia couple Tori Adams and Jack Dunkley announced they had broken up after a year together. The pair had a rocky road on the show, but proved everyone wrong by making it until the end.

People were quick to assume they wouldn’t last, because of how controversial they were on the show, but now they’ve shocked us in the other way. They lasted a whole year together, and even their breakup was drama free.

Speaking to The Tab, Jack Dunkley said he and Tori were never really in love, and mutually decided they should just be friends. At the time, despite ending their relationship, Tori and Jack were still living together, and spending lots of time together.

“Things went back to normal, just without the intimacy,” he said. “We still go to the gym together, we still watch movies together. Cook dinner together. We just don’t have that love, and we’re not talking about our children’s names or future. It just never got to that stage.” He said Tori will move out when she’s ready.

Now, six months after they broke up, Tori has shared the latest on their relationship, and if they’re still that close. On TikTok, Tori was asked if she and Jack are still together. She explained they haven’t been for a while, but she often posts more about their relationship on Instagram rather than TikTok.

Then, she went into more about their relationship now, and explained despite being split for over six months, she and Jack still live together. “We are still the very best of friends,” Tori said. “We still live together for the time being and we still hang out. Do everything together still. We’re just not a couple.”

Tori added she and Jack are still “very much a part of each other’s lives” and said she is “very very grateful to have that dynamic.” For now, she said they’ll still always be featuring on each other’s social medias.

The couple said in a statement when they split: “If you have been following our journey, you know we have always been authentic and true to ourselves. We have invited you in and brought you along for the wild ride. However today we come to you with heavy hearts. As of a few weeks ago, we have decided to end our romantic relationship. We remain best of friends and still care for and respect one another deeply.”
