Another person tried to quit the Love Island 2025 villa, and it’s one of the main girlies
That’s the fifth one this series
The Love Island villa really must have been awful this year, because another Islander has revealed she tried to quit, but a friend convinced her to stay. We already knew Dejon, Shakira, Tommy and Rheo all attempted to walk out on their own terms, but it turns out Helena actually tried to quit, too.
In a new interview with Cosmopolitan, Meg and Helena responded to everyone slamming Meg for looking happy when her friend got dumped, and revealed that Helena had actually asked to go home that morning. She went up to Meg and said she was going to quit the villa before the talent show, and got dumped later that night.
“What people don’t realise is I have this horrible nervous laugh. When someone tells me bad news, I don’t know how to take it and that’s just the type of person I am,” Meg said.
“So even when me and Helena had that conversation, you said you were gonna leave that morning, didn’t you? And I was like, ‘No Helena, you need to stay’. And for her to end on the talent show, win the talent show and do a roast, we were all buzzing for her.

“So when I looked at her and I was like, ‘Helena it’s your time’ it’s made out that I’m horrible, like I’m laughing at her. In a lot of the situations, because of my nervous laugh, it’s made to be a really bad thing. But people just didn’t know how to take me in that sense.”
