This is where the cast of Love Island 2025 went to uni, and the different courses they studied

A lot of the Love Island 2025 cast members went to university, which for the rest of us sadly means they aren’t just beautiful and now famous, they’re book smart, too. Is anything fair?!

A whole bunch of the Islanders went to universities all over the UK, and even beyond. From journalism girlies to sports boysies, the cast is full of all kinds of clever.

Here’s a rundown of all the Love Island 2025 cast members who went to university, and what they studied.

Blu

Blu went to Oxford Brookes. Are we surprised? There, he studied construction project management, which is his job now. Ahead of the show, he told The Tab he “was the class clown” at uni, and was in a relationship whilst studying. Blu graduated in 2023.

Megan

Megan attended The Brighton Academy, for students studying degrees in performing arts and musical theatre. She’s now an actress and has been in a local Panto, which makes so much sense. Megan graduated in July 2024, with a first class honours degree.

Harrison

Harrison is originally from Derby. He recently returned to the UK after studying in America at the University of New Hampshire. Whilst there, he played football for the uni. He’s also played for Derby County’s youth team and the Florida Atlantic Owls.

Emily

Emily studied at Cardiff University. In 2022, she graduated with a 2:1 in human and social science, counselling psychology. Fancy!

Alima

Alima went to Glasgow Caledonian University, and studied for a BA honours degree in international business. She graduated in 2023.

Helena

Helena went to Gloucestershire University. She studied journalism from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, she got a job as cabin crew for British Airways.

Martin lasted a whole two minutes in Casa, but when he entered the show his job was described as simply “graduate”. I think that actually means: Has left uni and is now unemployed. Martin went to Loughborough University and graduated from his construction engineering management degree just one month before Love Island.
