All the details of Megan’s wild time in Pantomime as an ‘ugly sister’ before Love Island 2025
She got rave reviews!
During the first episode of Love Island 2025, original cast member Megan Forte Clarke dropped the iconic bombshell that she has previously worked in Pantomime. The 24-year-old is a musical theatre performer, and one of her roles has been as an ugly sister in Cinderella.
Well, it turns out Megan has left all her Panto life on Instagram for us all to see. She played Coco, one of the ugly sisters. She wasn’t very ugly, let’s put it that way. The show was at The Roses Theatre, in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. She appeared in the show from November 2024, until January 2025.

Tickets for the show started from £21, and at the time, it was predicted to be a huge sell-out event. “The first pantomime directed and produced entirely in-house by The Roses Theatre’s talented creative team, this brand-new take on the classic rags to riches story promises that ‘fairytales don’t always look like they do in the storybooks…’,” a description for the show read.
“Cinderella’s odds are stacked against her as she squares up to her gold-digging stepmother Lady Million and wicked stepsisters Coco and Tiffany, but with a little help from Fairy G, her chance meeting with the prince and his trusty assistant Dandini won’t be her last.”
The theatre has shared a bunch of photos and videos from the shows. I’m absolutely obsessed with the videos of her dancing around on stage. There was a full character description of Megan’s character Coco, right down to her star sign (Taurus) and what she likes and dislikes. It’s very much giving Love Island icks and green flags.
“Coco is always polished and perfectly put together,” the post said. “As the older stepsister, she’s become a model of the ideals forced upon her by her mother, passing these ideals down to Tiffany and Ella without realising the pressure it creates. While her love for fashion and beauty is real, it’s often been more about appearances than self-expression. Coco doesn’t yet know her own mind, but has an instinct that her mother’s way isn’t the only way.
“Likes: Designer fashion, spa days, and Queer Eye. Dislikes: Clashing colours, double denim, and social media.”

The show got rave reviews. “The most incredible show,” one person said in the comments. Another added: “It was so fun I loved it so much.”
Before Love Island, in 2024, Megan graduated from The Brighton Academy with a First Class Honours. So, she’s very much the real deal. She also has a TikTok account, in which she’s given us a massive behind the scenes look at her Panto life.
She has made loads of lip-sync and dance trend videos with her co-stars, and look, I can’t get over the costumes. They’re amazing.

When heading into Love Island, Megan said she wants someone who “doesn’t take themselves too seriously and has a sense of humour.” She added: If they’re not bad looking, that’s always a plus. I love a boy that’s a bit pasty, like Timothée Chalamet. I don’t mind scrawny, or a bit of a ‘dad bod’. I’m 5ft1 so any height really.”
I have a feeling she’s going to bring a lot of good energy to the villa.
