What the Love Island 2025 cast *actually* look like, because the promo pictures are awful

Once again, the conversation is the same. The official cast list for Love Island 2025 has been announced, but the promo pics are terrible. Sigh. Has anyone ever seen an Islander look good in those initial photos? I beg you share if you have.

Instagram is an Islander paradise. They probably all want to be influencers anyway, so they make sure their page well and truly reflects their vibe. A CV, if you will.

So, here’s a rundown of what the Love Island 2025 cast *actually* look like, using pics from their Instagrams instead. A much better perspective.

Sophie

Sophie is a vibey 29-year-old from Manchester. She has worked as fire breather, and opened up about how the job caused her a serious injury, and she nearly lost her life. She told The Tab that whilst fire-breathing at a charity event, an air-con unit blew back into her face, and the fire hit her from her chest, right up to below her eyes. “I’m lucky to be alive,” she said.

Dejon

Up next is 26-year-old Dejon, who is a personal trainer from London. The pose in his promo pic just really isn’t doing it. He looks… confused? The Insta is giving him much more justice.

Meg

I have to hand it to Meg, she’s actually rocked the Love Island pic. I don’t know how she’s done it, but she has. The pose is just giving awkward a little. Nonetheless, here’s what she looks like on Instagram, too.

Tommy appears to have a default pose, and never deviates from it. I fear the 22-year-old landscape gardener has never looked different. The Love Island photographer saw his canvas, and delivered it.
